Terms of sale

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is added for printed books and shown before you pay.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we email your confirmation. We never see or store your full card details.
• If a book turns out to be unavailable, or an obvious pricing mistake was made, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We’ll always tell you first.

Printed books ship within the United States as described in Shipping & returns. Responsibility for a book passes to you when it’s delivered; until then, we replace or refund lost and damaged shipments.

When you buy an audiobook or ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to:

• stream it from your library and download it to your own devices;
• keep the files you download, which are DRM-free, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not share, resell, upload or publicly perform the recordings or files, or use them to train or build other works. The books, recordings and artwork remain the copyrighted work of Anthony Bondi.

Your library is linked to the email address used at checkout, and you sign in with a one-time code sent to that address. We intend to keep your library available, but we recommend downloading a copy of anything you buy.

Returns and refunds are covered in Shipping & returns. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

We sell the books and files as they are and work hard to keep the store running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
