Privacy

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number (if you give one), what you bought, and the amounts paid. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• When you sign in: your email address and the time you signed in.
• When you browse: standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to fix problems.

• to process payments, ship printed books and give you access to audiobooks and ebooks;
• to send emails about your order, shipping and sign-in;
• to answer your questions and handle returns or refunds;
• to keep the store secure and prevent fraud;
• to keep business and tax records the law requires.

We only email you about your purchases and sign-ins. We don’t add you to any mailing list.

We share information only with the services that run the store, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe, to take payments and prevent fraud;
• Supabase, which stores orders, your library and the audio files, and handles sign-in;
• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• Google, through Google Analytics, which tells us how visitors use the store;
• Resend, which delivers our emails;
• Pirate Ship and the U.S. Postal Service, which receive your name and address to print labels and deliver your books.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in to your library. Your browser also stores your cart and where you stopped listening, on your device only.

Only if you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are visited and how many orders are placed. It doesn’t identify you by name, and we don’t use advertising cookies. You can change your choice anytime with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Every cookie and item of browser storage is listed in our Cookie policy.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. We keep your library linked to your email for as long as the store operates so you can keep listening. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, apart from records we must keep by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing anthonybondi77@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests too, and we don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.

Your information is sent over encrypted connections, access to it is restricted, and audiobook and ebook files are only available through short-lived private links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to protect what you trust us with.

The store isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
